Mtree designed Global Citizenship Education (GCED) Program curriculum based on core elements of GCED stated by UNESCO and implemented the program in Maya Community in Kenya with youth group from Los Angeles, USA, in 2016 and 2017.

Mtree owns all intellectual property rights (including all copyright rights) in and to the program curricula and publications made available on Mtree’s website (  The Mtree Curricula is made available on an “AS IS, AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.   MTREE HEREBY DISCLAIMS, AND UON EXPRESSLY WAIVES, ALL REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED AND STATUTORY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE MTREE CURRICULA, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, QUIET ENJOYMENT AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. All copies of the Mtree Curricula must retain Mtree’s proprietary markings.  In addition, all modified versions of the Mtree Curricula shall acknowledge Mtree as the original source of the unmodified materials in a manner and format approved by Mtree in advance.  All modified versions of the Mtree Curricula shall be owned by Mtree. Users assume all responsibility for use of the Mtree Curricula, and all liability related thereto, and shall be responsible for independently reviewing all materials for accuracy and efficacy. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, the Mtree Curricula may contain materials owned by third parties.
